Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MIAN MUHAMMAD ASLAM IQBAL has won PP-151 with 65830 votes.

Lahore (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate MIAN MUHAMMAD ASLAM IQBAL has won PP-151 with 65830 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-151 Lahore-VIII constituency with 65830 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 58183 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Syed Tauseef Hussain Shah who got 54374 votes.

At least 31 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-151. In 2013 elections, there were 218510 voters registered in PP-151, out of which 118130 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 54 %. Detailed results can be found here
