Pro-freedom Programs To Continue

ISLAMABAD, Nov 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Nov, 2016 ) : The joint resistance leadership said that the pro-freedom programs issued by them would continue saying they have been given full mandate by stakeholders to continue the ongoing movement for freedom in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
A joint statement issued in Srinagar said that a meeting of different organizations and associations convened by the joint resistance leadership, comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik was held at Hyderpora Srinagar, KMS reported.
Stakeholders from all walks of life participated in the meeting with with enthusiasm and fervor. Syed Ali Gilani, who was flanked by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Malik, told media after the meeting: "Today's was the first meeting between Hurriyet leaders and representatives from different associations and bodies in Kashmir over the prevailing situation in region." "The suggestions and proposals that came from the representatives had one thing in common- the ongoing movement should be continued with," Mirwaiz told media.
The representatives, Mirwaiz said, also gave some suggestions. "We (Hurriyet) will sit and discuss those suggestions and come up with a program before people and we are hopeful that people will follow the program in letter and spirit like they have been following and supporting in past four months." "The suggestions that have come from different sections will be taken into consideration while formulating new programs," said Mirwaiz, adding the separatists were united and committed to the ongoing movement which was in a very critical phase.
While talking to media, Yasin Malik said the representatives asked the resistance leadership to continue with the ongoing movement and programs. "We are committed to carry forward the suggestions and proposals that have come from them. The united leadership will come up with the programs," said Malik.
