SC Seeks Details Of Employees Alleged Illegal Appointed In Balochistan

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Nov, 2016 ) : The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the provincial government of Balochistan to submit details of original record of employees alleged illegal appointed in the Balochistan.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the case.
During the course of proceedings, the chief justice asked the Advocate General for Balochistan that why provincial government failed to submit original record of employees.
On which the AG replied that the court had not issued any order regarding submission of original record of employees. Justice Azmat Saeed remarked that such persons were also appointed who even did not submit any application for job. The court of short hearing of the case sought original record of employees and adjourned hearing of the case till last week of December.
