Senate Offers Fateha For Ali Raza Abidi, Malik Hakmeen Khan

Senate on Monday offered fateha for the departed souls of former Senator Malik Hakmeen Khan and former MNA Ali Raza Abidi, who died last month
At the very outset of the proceedings, Senate Chairman Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani sympathized with the family of the deceased and asked Mushtaq Ahmed to offer fateha for the departed souls of Ali Raza Abidi and former Senator Mailk Hakmeen Khan.
Speaking on the occasion, Senator Khushbakht Shujaat lamented the assassination of MNA Ali Raza Abidi and demanded immediate arrest of the murderers of Ali Raza Abidi.
Senator Mushtaq Ahmed led fateha.
Meanwhile, the House unanimously adopted a condolence resolution expressing profound grievances over the demise of former Senator Malik Hakmeen Khan, who died last month.
He said Malik Hakmeen remained PPP Senator from 1994-97.
The resolution prayed Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with equanimity.
The condolence resolution was moved by Senator A Rehman Malik .
