Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat Are Off To China For Film Festival

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 14th June, 2018) Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed is on his way to China to attend a film festival.

Humayun Saeed was accompanied by co-actor Mehwish Hayat. The two will be representing their movies Jawani Phir Nahi Ani and Punjab Nahi Jaungi.

Humayun shared a picture with Mehwish on his Instagram from the airport lounge.

“Off to China for a film festival along with our films #JawaniPhirNahiAni and #PunjabNahiJaungi,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, Pakistani actress Syra Shahroz’s debut film Chalay Thay Sath will also be screened at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Film Festival in China.

The Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage has selected Chalay Thay Saath to represent Pakistan at the Infocus programme as well as the FilmMart expo in China.

The SCO film festival will be held in Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province from June 13 to June 17, 2018. Pakistan is one of the 12 countries to have been invited to participate in the SCO festival.
