PNCA Holds Condolence Reference To Pay Tribute To Roohi Bano

A condolence reference was arranged here Wednesday by Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) to pay tribute in the memory of renowned artist Roohi Bano
Speaking on the occasion, PNCA Director General Jamal Shah said Roohi Bano will be remember long for her matchless performance.
She has left her foot print in every character. She ruled ptv for a long period through her unique style and expression. Her lovers and fans used to wait for her plays Kirin khani, Zard Gulab, Herat kada and Qilla Kahani. If we look to her real life and artistic roll there is hardly any difference between. But her legacy in the field is ICONIC.
Artists always try to give positive massage and make the surrounding beautiful and living worthy, Jamal Shah said.
The other speaker also paid tribute to the legendry actor and remembered her great roles in tv plays. They highlighted her contribution to PTV and said the queen of expression is now more with us but she will remain alive in the hearts of fans.
The artists shared their memories and interaction with Roohi Bano and said Pakistani artists used to face hardship during their last day of life and government should look in to the affairs of art and artist and suitable measures should be taken to address the problems of need artist. Fateha was also offered for the solace of the deceased.
