Farmers advised to start okra cultivation from mid February

An agriculture expert advised the farmers to start the cultivation of okra (ladyfinger) from mid of February

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Jan, 2019 ) :An agriculture expert advised the farmers to start the cultivation of okra (ladyfinger) from mid of February.

A spokesman of the agriculture department told APP here Tuesday that from mid February to end of March was the most suitable time for the cultivation of okra crop.

He said that growers should also use recommended verities of okra to get maximum produce.
