Tokyo Stocks Close Lower On Strong Yen, US Falls

Tokyo, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Oct, 2020 ) :Tokyo stocks closed lower on Thursday, weighed down by a higher Yen against the Dollar and falls on Wall Street.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index fell 0.70 percent, or 165.19 points, to 23,474.27, while the broader Topix index dropped 1.09 percent, or 17.81 points, to 1,619.79.
