Central Development Working Party (CDWP) Approves Rs316.3m For Karakuram International University

The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) approved Rs316.3 million for construction of boys hostel and sports complex at Karakuram International University (KIU) that would help provide better facilities to students inside the university.

GILGIT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th May, 2018 ) :The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) approved Rs316.3 million for construction of boys hostel and sports complex at Karakuram International University (KIU) that would help provide better facilities to students inside the university.

The PC-I submitted by Vice Chancellor KIU, Dr Khalil Ahmed and Project Director, Shahbeer Hussain was approved by CDWP during a meeting, said a press release here. The residential problems of students of far flung areas would be addressed with construction of a new hostel besides provision of enhanced sports facilities to them at KIU.

The vice chancellor thanked the Federal Government for approving the projects for the university besides completing several projects in the university.
