DEO Suspends Two Teachers On Account Of Corporal Punishment

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2019 ) :District education Officer (DEO) Female Samina Iltaf on Friday suspended two teachers of Government Girl Primary School (GGPS) Karimpura Abbottabad on account of corporal punishment.

The suspended teachers are Primary School Head Teacher (PSHT) Naheed Gul and Senior Primary School Teacher (SPST) Tazeem.

The DEO has also ordered an inquiry under the supervision of principal Government Girls Sentential Higher Secondary School (GGCHSS) No. 1 Farhat Bashir and Khula Javed vice Principal GGCHSS Abbottabad.

Both inquiry officers were also directed to probe the matter and submit the report of the inquiry based on the facts along with the recommendations.

Earlier, his morning a video of the corporal punishment went viral on social media and electronic media where two female teaches of Karimpura Abbottabad girls primary school were seen beating a girl.
