The role of the engineering community is highly important for quality construction and infrastructure development and such events will help them to deliver the best in their respective fields. These views were expressed by the the Institution's President Engineer Hafiz M Ehsanul Haq Qazi at an interactive technical session held here Wednesday on the topic of Stress Management'.

Eminent academician and professor of National University of Science and Technology Dr Muhammad Tahir Nawz was the key-note speaker who gave a detailed presentation on scheme of life to get rid of every-day stresses.
Hafiz Ehsanul Haq asserted that the stress-management could be done by obeying the 'Command' of Allah Almighty, having complete faith in His will. The people should keep high moral values and ethics in their daily life, as per the teachings of Quran and Sunnah for achieving the desired result.

Attitude and behaviour matter a lot in making the life easy-going. People could also reduce their worries, by sharing them problems with their friends and well-wishers.
