Mehran University Organizes 4 Weeks Technical Training Workshop For Jobless Graduates

A 4 weeks long workshop for imparting technical training to jobless graduate began from Wednesday at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Sep, 2018 ) :A 4 weeks long workshop for imparting technical training to jobless graduate began from Wednesday at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro.
According to announcement, the workshop is being organized in collaboration with Higher education Commission by Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre of Mehran University.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of the workshop, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aslam Uqaili said that the university would achieve another landmark if the 23 participants of the workshop succeeded in getting jobs after completion of technical training.
He said it is up to youth to continue their efforts and acquire of the respective fields so that they could play their key role for the progress and prosperity of the country.
The youth should not miss any opportunity which would open the doors of employment for them, he said and added that once they avail the opportunity than no one can stop them to move towards next milestone.
Dr. Zulfiqar Umrani said that besides imparting 4 weeks technical training, the youth would also receive stipend of rupees ten thousand in a month. The government fully committed to provide technical knowhow to jobless youth so that they could shoulder responsibilities in their respective fields, he added.
Among others, Dean Faculty of Electrical, electronics and Computer System Engineering Prof. Dr. Bhawani Shankar Choudhry also addressed the participants of theworkshop.
