Aamer Mehmood Kiani Conducts Surprise Visit To Dispensary

Minister for National Health Services Aamer Mehmood Kiani Tuesday conducted a surprise visit of G-7/3 dispensary in federal capital on Tuesday and ordered strict action against Civil Surgeon Doctor Tanveer Afsar who was absent from his duty.
Executive Director Federal Government Polyclinic was asked to initiate the disciplinary proceedings against Civil Surgeon Doctor Tanveer Afsar for his absence from his duty during working hours.
There will be zero tolerance for absence from duty and negligence, he added. � The minister directed the Executive Director Polyclinic to ensure presence and punctuality of the hospital staff.
He also directed him to provide the list of out of order ambulances on immediate basis to replace with new ambulances.
The minister also visited school of Nursing at Sector G-7/3 and addressing the staff said that the nursing sector is a backbone of health system. He added steps are being taken to improve the nursing sector.
The minister also visited G-7/2 dispensary and inquired about the health of patients and reviewed the facilities available at dispensary.
