AJK Prime Minister Seeks Early Implementation Of UN HR Commission's Recommendations In IoK.

Azad Jammu and Kashmir (Pakistan Point News - 10th Nov, 2018 ) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan Saturday urged the UN Human Rights for Europe in Brussels to implement the recommendations of the UN Human Rights Commission's recent report on human rights in the Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) at the earliest.
The AJK prime minister, who is currently on an official visit to Belgium to attend the European Union Kashmir week in Brussels, had an hectic schedule since his arrival there, siad a dispatch received here on Saturday.
Farooq Haider inaugurated a photo exhibition on Kashmir in the press club Brussels. The exhibition of photos displayed by French Photographer depicting Indian forces atrocities in the IoK.
He attended important meetings during the Kashmir EU Week, effectively highlighting the horrific atrocities and human rights abuses of Indian forces against armless people of Jammu and Kashmir. He also let the attendants know the historic background of Kashmir conflict.
In different sessions of these meetings, the AJK prime minister emphasized the civilized nations, especially the members of European Parliament to influence India to stop massacre of Kashmiris, struggling for their internationally recognized right to self-determination.
All those participating in the Kashmir EU Week meetings praised the role of AJK prime minister and said his briefing on Kashmir to the participants helped them understand the Kashmir issue better.
Member EU parliament Sajjad Haider Karim observed that PM Haider vehemently and forcefully highlighted Kashmir issue in Kashmir Week. When the real party (Kashmiris) raise this issue at international level, it draws the attention of European countries, he added.
Another EU member Wajid Khan admitted that the visit of Prime Minister of AJK to Brussels is of great significance. European nations are concerned about the gruesome atrocities and state terrorism of Indian forces against Kashmiris in the held valley, after they were informed the ground realities by AJK Premier, he stated.
