25 Absconders Arrested

HANGU, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2017 ) : The district police arrested 255 suspects including 25 absconders during crackdown against criminal elements and recovered huge caches of arms from their custody.
DPO Ehsanullah told media here Tuesday that during the ongoing search and strike operation in the area, the police recovered seven AK-47 guns, 11 rifles, six guns, eight pistols, three chargers, 1100 kilogram hashish and 18 bottles of liquors from the custody of arrested persons.
He said the police in coordination with the local people, tribal elders and notables would eliminate crime from the area, adding the district police was always ready to cope with terrorism. He said with the help of modern software the credentials of 250 suspects vehicles, 60 motorbikes and 220 persons were checked and verified.
