FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jan, 2019 ) -:Faisalabad Electric Supply company (FESCO) task force detected power theft at seven different points and imposed fine more than Rs 300,000 here on Friday.
According FESCO spokesperson,sub-divisional task force led by SDO Naveed Ahmed conducted raids at various villages and found seven power pilferers included--Mansha Ahmed,Malik Asif Munir,Talib Hussain from Chak No 108-GB,Ali Riaz from Sultan town, Zahid Yaqoob from chak No 233-GB, and Muhammad Ashraf from chak No 99-GB.
The accused were stealing electricity through direct connections.
The team removed their meters and imposed fine of Rs 334,339 of 17,371 units.
Cases were registered at police stations concerned,he added.
