9 Power Pilferers Nabbed In Faisalabad

FESCO teams claimed to have nabbed nine power pilferers from three circles of its region during the past 24 hours and lodged complaints to police stations concerned for registration of cases.
FESCO spokesman told APP here Monday that FESCO teams conducted surprise checking of electricity connections and unearthed power pilferage at 9 points including the residences of Muhammad Haneef in Bakkar Mandi subdivision, Arif in Mamonkanjan subdivision, Muhammad Afzal in Sahiwal-1 subdivision, Muhammad Din and Muhammad Usman in Liaqat Abad subdivision, Muhammad Yaseen in Mighiyana subdivision, Muhammad Waris in Khewa subdivision, Muhammad Iqbal in City Toba Tek Singh subdivision, Muhammad Akram in Rural Gojra subdivision and Muhammad Sharif in Kaloorkot subdivision.
The Ministry of Water and Power has launched a hotline 051-9103888 for receiving complaints regarding electricity pilferage whereas the people can also submit complaints about power theft on FESCO toll free number 0800-66554 for complete eradication of power theft, he added.
