The legal fraternity of Hazara division on Thursday observed complete strike to protest the National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC) in respect of Sections 22A and 22B
ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Apr, 2019 ) :The legal fraternity of Hazara division on Thursday observed complete strike to protest the National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC) in respect of Sections 22A and 22B.
All Pakistan Lawyers Convention which was held on 26-02-219 at Lahore had decided to protest against NJPMC in respect of section 22A and 22B of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.
P.C) regarding entertainment of application for registration of FIR and establishment of model courts.
The Lawyers observed the one day strike to press upon the NJPMC for acceptance of their demands for the restoration of the previous position in respect of Section 22A and 22B Cr.P.C and reversal of establishment of model courts.
