DIR UPPER, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Feb, 2018 ) :The district administration intensified campaign against encroachment by bulldozing over 200 shops and cabins illegally constructed at Dir Upper Kohistan and Patrak bazaar here on Wednesday.

On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Dir Upper, Usman Mehsood, Additional Deputy Commissioner Dir Malik Dilnawaz Khan and Assistant Commissioner Shringal, Tanvir Ahmed Khan supervised operation against encroachment in their respective areas.

Despite several notices, the shopkeepers did not remove illegal structure, leaving no option with the management but to raze all illegally constructed shops and cabins to ground with an objective at to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
