PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Mar, 2023 ) :Advisor to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Chief Minister on Health, Prof. Dr. Abid Jamil Thursday visited the Institute of Kidneys Diseases (IKD) Hayatabad Medical Complex and reviewed healthcare service delivery to patients.

The Minister visited the Institute in connection with World Kidney Day being marked today March 9.

He inquired about operational matters of the institute and inspected its various sections. He inaugurated a waiting room for patients and their attendants and also planted a sapling on the premises of the hospital.

During the visit, he was briefed by Director IKD, Prof. Dr. Mazhar Khan about services and medical assistance being provided to patients in the hospital.
