QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Feb, 2018 ) :Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo Tuesday said that the minority community in Balochistan has played noteworthy role in the development and prosperity of the province.
He expressed these views while meeting a delegation of Hindu Panchayat Quetta. Provincial ministers Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Tahir Mahmood Khan and former Member Provincial Assembly Basant Lal Gulshan were also present on the occasion.
The members of delegation apprised the CM about the issues being faced by Hindu community and requested to resolve their problems on priority basis.
The Chief Minister said that there has been remarkable improvement in peace and security situation in the last five years and the Hindus and other sects who had migrated from the province are returning back.
Bizenjo said that minority community is already availing their quota in all provincial and Federal government departments. Balochistan government is keen to increase this quota according to their population in all districts and divisions of Balochistan. The delegation thanked Chief Minister and assured their full cooperation to the government.
