Kashmir solidarity rally held in Nawabshah

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Oct, 2023) Like other parts of the country, the Black Day was observed in District Shaheed Benazirabad to express solidarity with Kashmiri brethren here on Friday.

In this regard, a rally led by Commissioner Syed Muhammad Sajjad Haider and Deputy Commissioner Zahid Hussain Rind was organized by divisional and district administrations. The rally's participants were holding placards and banners inscribed with ‘Kashmir would become Pakistan’ and ’Bharat Murdabad’.

Addressing the participants at the concluding moments of the rally, the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner District education Officer Secondary and other speakers said that 27the October 1947 was the Black Day in the human history on which India wrote a story of atrocity. They strongly condemned the atrocity and torture on people of Kasmir and reiterated their ethical, political and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir who were claiming their just right to self-determination and condemned the acts of atrocities.

The speakers said that India had ruined all norms of human rights by intruding its forces in Kashmir and deprived its people from the right of self-determination.

They said India is using daily new tactics to undermine the freedom fight of Kashmiri people. They lauded the struggle of the people of Kashmir who are fighting with Indian army for freedom and expressed the hope that they would succeed in their struggle and would start a new journey of free life with peace and prosperity.

The speakers said that it was now the duty of United Nations to become the voice of the people of Kashmir on this day to show that the world was against state atrocity and was with the people of occupied Kashmir and support their principled stance.

The rally was participated by Assistant Commissioner Nawabshah Salmon Ayub,, Information Officer Aijaz Ali Teevino, Mukhtarkar Yar Muhammad Mari, officials of different departments, scouts, citizens, teachers and students in large number.

On the other hand on the directives of DC Zahid Hussain Rind, the rallies led by Assistant Commissioners were organized in Qazi Ahmed, Sakrand and Daur tehsils and Black Day was observed to express solidarity with Kashmiri people.
