Sahibzada Sibghatullah has won the seat from NA 5 Upper Dir. Najmuddin Khan from PPP stood runner-up with 28,736 votes.

Upper Dir (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2018) Sahibzada Sibghatullah From Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf has won the seat from NA 5 Upper Dir. Najmuddin Khan From PPP stood runner-up with 28,736 votes.

Sahibzada Sibghatullah From Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf has got49,299 votes and Najmuddin Khan got 28,736 votes and stands on the second number.

In 2013 there were total 320675 registered in NA 5, 159999 votes were polled out. Pervez Khattak won the seat in 2013 from PTI and got 70053 votes against Muhammad Daud Khattak. Muhammad Daud Khattak got 21435 votes in 2013 on ANP ticket. Pervez Khattak was selected as CM of KPK after 2013 from Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf.
