ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2018 ) :After denial of PTI ticket for NA-17 Haripur on Tuesday former PTI member national assembly Raja Amir Zaman joined hands with PML-N and announced support for Babar Nawaz.
According to the details, PTI has a setback on the only national assembly seat of Haripur NA-17 as their former lawmaker Raja Amir Zaman after the refusal of ticket announced support of PML-N candidates Babar Nawaz Khan NA-17, Qazi Asad PK-40 and his real brother Raja Faisal Zaman PK-41.
This move has changed the scenario of the district Haripur politics where PML-N got the advantage of huge support by the disgruntled former MNA Raja Amir Zaman and expected to win all three national and provincial assembly seats of the district.
On the other side PTI candidate for NA-17 former state minister for Finance Omer Ayub who has recently joined PTI is worried after the dramatic move by his arch-rival Raja Amir who has a huge influence in the constituency and former PML-N parliamentarian Babar Nawaz Khan on the basis of developmental work done in hisconstituency.
