Skilled Youth Pre-requisite For Development Of Muslim World: Dr Al-

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23th August, 2016) : Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) on Tuesday urged for producing skilled youth to boost the development process in the Muslim world. The IIUI President, amid his visits to the various faculties and departments of the university, hailed the faculties' performance and urged to further promote culture of research, said a press release here. He joined the board of Faculty meeting at Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences.
Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Muhammad Sher and other officials were also present on the occasion. Dr. Al-Draiweesh showed satisfaction over the performance of the faculty and directed the relevant officials for taking innovative and constructive steps such as research projects and arrangements of seminars. Meanwhile, the IIUI President also visited the Faculty of Management Sciences where he was briefed about the ongoing activities of the Faculty.
Dr. Muhammad Bashir Khan, Vice President IIUI accompanied him during the visit. He lauded the initiatives of conferences and seminars taken by the faculty and stressed that such activities be continued in future. Later, Dr.
Al-Draiweesh also visited the transport section where he met with the staff and hailed them for vigilant duty. He said that university is heading towards the right direction with the collective efforts of all the university departments.
Later, Dr. Al-Draiweesh also visited the bank situated at female campus where he directed that students must be facilitated on priority basis and all the constraints be curbed as soon as possible. The IIUI President also visited the cafeterias of the university and directed that hygienic food must be provided to the students.
