Two Terrorists Held With Detonators, Explosive Material In Kohat

The district police Friday claimed to have arrested two alleged terrorists Nazir Khan son of Syed Wali resident of Dara Adam Khel and Gul Nawaz s/o Meer Nawaz resident of Kaghazai village of Kohat along with detonators and 23 kg explosive material.

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Nov, 2018 ) :The district police Friday claimed to have arrested two alleged terrorists Nazir Khan son of Syed Wali resident of Dara Adam Khel and Gul Nawaz s/o Meer Nawaz resident of Kaghazai village of Kohat along with detonators and 23 kg explosive material.

Kohat police spokesman said that during search and strike operation ordered by DPO Kohat Captain (R) Wahid Mehmood, a police team led by SHO Fayaz Khan raided on a house in Kaghazi area and apprehended two terrorists while recovering 23 kilogram explosives integrated with detonator, one kalashnikov, one pistol and cartridges from their custody. Both the arrested terrorists were shifted to a undisclosed place for further interrogation.

Meanwhile, the district police seized 50,000 liters stolen crude oil and took into custody the oil tanker and arrested driver and his accomplice. The oil tanker was intercepted in the jurisdiction of Lachi police station.
