Meesha Shafi, Ali Zafar’s Silence Over Sexual Harassment Issue Raises Questions

Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Apr, 2018) Model and actress Meesha Shafi had alleged fellow artist Ali Zafar for sexual harassing her on multiple occasions in a tweet on Thursday.

Ali Zafar denied the allegations saying that he will take the matter to the court. However, it has been five days now since Meesha or Ali said anything further on the matter.

Neither Ali Zafar took the matter to the court nor did Meesha give any further response.

According to media reports, two females working for Ali Zafar’s band Kinza and Aasma have posted on Instagram that they along with ten other people were present during the rehearsal and no such incident took place.

They said that they have not seen Ali harassing anyone in so many years. However, the silence of both the artists has raised many questions.
