ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Feb, 2018 ) :The blocked routes in Galiyat due to heavy snowfall were cleared after a span of four days. According to private news channel, the tourists were stuck in Ayubia, Nathiagali, Donga Gali and Changla for several days following which Punjab Highway came into action and sent modern machinery to the areas on the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
The tourists were relieved and took a sigh of relief as they were able to move forward. An unusual number of people paved way towards Galiyat once the closed routes were opened. A shallow westerly wave is still affecting extreme northern parts of the country.
