University Of Agriculture Faisalabad Kicks Off Tree Plantation Drive

The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) on Wednesday kicked off tree plantation drive to make the campus more greenish.

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Mar, 2018 ) :The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) on Wednesday kicked off tree plantation drive to make the campus more greenish. Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Iqbal Zafar was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony.

He planted a tree at the Post Graduate Research Institute (PARS), UAF.

He was flanked by Dean Faculty of Sciences Dr M Asghar Bajwa, Principal Community College Dr Haq Nawaz Bhatti, Director Research Dr Zahir Ahmad Zahir, Principal Officer PRP Dr Jalal Arif, and other notables.

Addressing on the occasion, Dr Muhammad Iqbal Zafar said that it was essential to increase plantation net to save environment from different hazards including climate changes.
