Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours on Friday.
KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2018 ) :Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours on Friday.
SHIPS ARRIVED: Aquarius Tanker Glovis Maestro Coal M.T.
Quetta Tanker SM Vancouver Cont CMA CGM Fidelio Cont Everrich 7 Tanker SHIPS SAILED: YM Mirinda Blue Bird COSOC Fukuyama Akij Heritage JPO Atair Navios Unison Diva Sofie Victory CARGO HANDLING TURNOVER: The total cargo handled at Karachi Port during the last 24 hours closed at 189,326 Tonnes.
The breakup shows that the port has handled 44,992 Tonnes of export cargo and 144,334 Metric tonnes of import cargo during the said period.
Commodity wise handling in metric tonnes is given below.
