Lahore Board Declares Matric Result With Pass Percentage 75.14

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore declared class X (matric) 2018 annual result showing a pass percentage of 75.14 during a ceremony to decorate position-holders at a local hotel here on Saturday.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jul, 2018 ) :The board of Intermediate and Secondary education (BISE) Lahore declared class X (Matric) 2018 annual result showing a pass percentage of 75.14 during a ceremony to decorate position-holders at a local hotel here on Saturday.
Commissioner Lahore Division Dr Mujtaba Paracha was the chief guest who gave away medals and certificates among the position-holders. Chairman BISE Lahore Chaudhary Muhammad Ismael was also present.
As many as 232046 candidates appeared for the examination out of which 174363 passed. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd position-holders were given certificates and rupees 20000, 15000 and 10000 respectively. The overall top position-holders students Waseem Yaseen and Tauseef Afzal were also given laptops.
The overall top position was shared by Waseem Yaseen S/O Ghulam Yaseen Roll No. 253925 of Punjab Daanish school (Boys) Indus Highway Road, Fazil Pur, Distric Rajanpur and Tauseef Afzal S/O Muhammad Afzal Roll No. 230513 of Ali Public Boys High School, Shah Jahan Road, Rehmanpura Lahore with 1091 Marks while the overall Second position was shared by Muhammad Hashim Faisal S/O Dr. Faisal Rafique Roll No. 231354 of the Educators High School for Boys Sabzazar Campus and Wajiha Aslam D/O Muhammad Aslam Roll No. 150660 of the Trust Girls High School Amir Town Harbanspura Lahore by securing 1090 Marks and the overall Third position was clinched Hafsa Saleem D/O Muhammad Saleem Roll No. 103223 of Allama Iqbal Public High School for Girls Raiwind Road Lahore with 1089 Marks.
In the Science Group (Among Boys) Waseem Yaseen S/O Ghulam Yaseen Roll No. 253925 of Punjab Daanish School (Boys) Indus Highway Road, Fazil Pur, Distric Rajanpur and Tauseef Afzal S/O Muhammad Afzal Roll No. 230513 of Ali Public Boys High School, Shah Jahan Road, Rehmanpura Lahore shared the 1st Position by securing 1091 Marks each while Muhammad Hashim Faisal S/O Dr.
Faisal Rafique Roll No. 231354 of The Educators High School for Boys Sabzazar Campus Won 2nd Position by securing 1090 Marks and Hafiz Muhammad Haris S/O Malik Muhammad Waris Roll No. 243848 of Govt. Central Model High School, Lower Mall Lahore Won 3rd Position by securing 1088 Marks.
In the Science Group (Among Girls) Wajiha Aslam D/O Muhammad Aslam Roll No. 150660 The Trust Girls High School Amir Town Harbanspura Lahore won 1st Position by securing 1090 Marks, Hafsa Saleem D/O Muhammad Saleem Roll No. 103223 of Allama Iqbal Public High School for Girls Raiwind Road Lahore bagged 2nd Position with 1089 Marks while the 3rd position was shared by Areej D/O Mahmood Ahmed Roll No. 114161 of Hera Public School for Girls Housing Colony Nankana Sahab and Zahra Shoaib D/O Muhammad Shoaib Ahmad Roll No. 139978 of Divisional Public Girls H/S/School Model Town, Lahore by securing 1088 marks each.
In the Humanities Group (Among Boys) Muhammad Azeem Ikhlas S/O Muhammad Ikhlas Ahmad Roll No. 307078 (Private candidate from Kasur) won 1st Position by securing 1034 Marks, Mueen Ul Deen S/O Muhammad Aslam Javed Roll No. 324722 of (Private candidate from Lahore) clinched 2nd Position by securing 1026 Marks while Abu Bakar Asif S/O Muhammad Asif Roll No. 334909 of Rana Grammar School Boys High School Campus 50-N Civic Center Moon Market Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore won 3rd Position with 1016 Marks.
In the Humanities Group (Among Girls) Aresha D/O Habib Ahmad Roll No. 293906 of Farooqi Girls High School Karim Park Ravi Road Lahore won 1st Position by securing 1059 marks, Ayesha Maryem D/O Muhammad Amir Roll No. 279993 of the Punjab Girls High School Sector C-I Block-II Township Lahore won 2nd Position by securing 1054 Marks while Soaiba D/O Abdul Ghafoor Butt Roll No. 293936 of Farooqi Girls High School Karim Park, Ravi Road, Lahore clinched 3rd Position by securing 1045 Marks.
