Anti-Corruption Establishment Orders Inquiry Into Land-grabbing Complaints In Sargodha

Regional Director Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has ordered an inquiry into a complaint about illegal occupation of 1363-kanal government land by some influential people.
Authorities said on Thursday that Director ACE Asim Raza learnt through sources that some influential people including Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah Bukhari of Sahiwal tehsil, Hashmat-Ullah and Ramzam of Chak 85/NB Sargodha and Aitzaz-ur-Rasheed, Musarrat Afza, Intisar Rasheed and Haroon Rasheed of Chak 54/SB-A, Sargodha, had occupied government agricultural land measuring 1,023 kanals, 40 kanals and 300 kanals, respectively for many years, in collusion with the Revenue Department officials.
The director ACE assigned inquiries to Ehsan-Ullah, assistant director technical, Tasawwar Abbas Bosal and Nisar Ahmad Joyea, assistant director investigation, respectively.
