ATC Summons Five More Witness In Murder Case

ISLAMABAD, Nov 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Nov, 2016 ) : An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Thursday summoned five more witness to record their statements in murder case of the then Federal Minister Shahbaz Bhatti.
ATC Judge Sohail Ikram heard the murder case of former federal minister Shahbaz Bhatti.
During proceeding of the case, the court recorded statement of a witness Moazam Khan and also directed to summon five more witness in the same case on next date of hearing.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till November 9. It may be mentioned here that the court had so far recorded statements of eight persons out of a total of 29 witnesses. The country's Minorities Minister Shahbaz Bhatti was shot dead in 2011 in Sector I-8/3 Islamabad when he left his residence for office.
