Gold Theft Case Solved; Complainant Found Involved

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2021 ) :The Investigation Police South Zone solved a case of gold theft from a shopping center near Teen Talwar and arrested two including prime accused (the complainant himself) and his accomplice.

According to SP - Investigation South Imran Mirza on Thursday, Muhammad Asif Memon had lodged a complaint at Clifton Police Station that some unknown accused stole about 10kg gold from his shop after breaking the locks.

DIGP - South Javed Akbar�Riaz constituted a special team under supervision of SP - Investigation South for investigation and recovery of gold.

During the course of investigation it was revealed that the complainant Asif Memon himself had stolen about 3kgs gold and concealed it at an office of his friend located at I.I. Chundrigarh Road.

The stolen gold was recovered from Waseem's office upon indication of Asif Memon.

SP Investigation Imran Mirza appreciated efforts of his team particularly Station Investigation Officer Arshad Janjua.
