Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Development Working Party Approves 14 Projects Costing Rs 10940.560 Mln

The Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) on Thursday approved 14 projects with an estimated cost of Rs 10940.560 million
The (PDWP) held its meeting under the Chairmanship of, Additional Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Shahzad Bangash.
The meeting was attended by Shahab Ali Shah Secretary P&D Department, its members and authorities concerned.
The forum considered 15 projects pertaining to different sectors including Agriculture, Housing, Health, Population Welfare, Urban Development, Building, Multi-sectoral Development, Local Government, sports & Tourism & Auqaf sectors for the uplift of the province.
The projects approved are Solarization of Agriculture Tube wells, acquisition of land measuring 4774 kanal in Sureizai Bala District Peshawar, establishment of Nowshera Medical College (Phase-I), Establishment of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Medical College Peshawar, Construction of 02 Lecture Theaters, auditorium, Building for Prosthodontics, Tube Well & Overhead Tank in Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar, innovative scheme for Promotion of Population Welfare Programme for achieving SDGs, FP 2020 goal and vision of population policy.
Other projects approved were development Initiatives for Razar District Swabi, design and construction of Govt officers residences at Race Course Garden, Peshawar, establishment of Centralized GIS facilities, municipal Services Delivery Project., tourism development activities and improvement and rehabilitation of Mosques and Darul ulooms/Deeni Madaris including Hafiz Jee Masjid, Bannu City.
