Liaquat Baloch Terms The The Prime Minister's Address In United Nations As Bold

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Oct, 2016 ) : Secretary General Jamat-i-Islami Pakistan Liaquat Baloch Tuesday termed the address of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to the United Nations as bold and said he bravely exposed the atrocities being faced by the people of Occupied Kashmir.

He was addressing the party workers at the annual training meeting of Jamat-i-Islami Hyderabad and later talking to media persons here. Liaquat Baloch said that the UN Resolutions are the only solution to resolve the Kashmir issue.

The innocent people of Occupied Kashmir are being killed, tortured and arrested by the Indian Government to suppress their voice for self determination, he said and added that now the atrocities of Indian Government are being exposed to the world.

The drama of surgical strike in Pakistan staged by Indian Government has been proved false and fabricated. On the behest of India, Liaquat Baloch said that leaders of Jamat-i-Islami are being executed in Bangladesh which is the violation of the agreement with Prime Minister Haseena Wajid.

Liaquat Baloch said that situation in Pakistan cannot bear the politics of agitation and there is the need for adopting decency and respect in the politics. Protest is the right of all but all such steps should be avoided which could be harmful for the country and Democracy, he added.

He said that opposition parties have unanimously formed the Terms of References and also agreed on the formation of Judicial Commission but unfortunately the opposition has failed to unite at one platform.

Conspiracies are being hatched against China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. He claimed that the people of Karachi and Hyderabad are facing numerous issues since many years and the Jamat-i-Islami is the only political party which has the solution of their grievances.

He called upon the party workers to gear up their mass contact campaign and spread the message of party at the nook and cranny of the country. The Secretary General Jamat-i-Islami while paying tributes to the sacrifices of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions in Karbala and said that people should understand and follow the message of Karbala in letter and spirit in order to achieve the right direction.

Among others, Naib Ameers Jamat Islami Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim and Asadullah Bhutto Advocate, Ameer Jamat Islami Sindh Dr. Mairaj-ul-Huda and Ameer Hyderabad district Hafiz Tahir Majeed also addressed the party workers.
