Over 3000 Plots In G-14/2-3 Sector To Be Handed Over To Allottees

ISLAMABAD, Nov 8 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 08th Nov, 2016 ) : Over 3000 plots of Sector G-14/2-3 will be handed over to the allottees within six month because all the development work is in final phase.
This was stated by Secretary Housing and Works Shahrukh Arbab in the meeting of National Assembly Standing Committee on Housing and Works held here on Tuesday at Parliament House which was Chaired by Haji Muahmmad Akram Ansari.
The meeting was attended by MNAs including Rajab Ali Khan Baloch, Nasir Iqbal Bosal, Khalida Mansoor, Tahira Aurangzeb, Nighat Parveen, Imran Zafar Leghari, Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, Molana Ameer Zaman and officials of the Ministry of Housing and Works were also present on the occasion.
The Committee urged on the concerned authority to resolve all the issue of G-14/2-3 as soon as possible because already allottees are upset due to the further delaying of handed over the plots.
Shahrukh Arban informed the committee that in the membership drive (phase-II) more than 79,000 Federal government employees and other have been registered for the sector F-14, F-15 since April 2015 to May 2016.
The data of membership drive phase-II has been uploaded on the web-site of the FGE Housing Foundation, adding that as per the instruction of the committee quota and category wise (I, II& III) separate lists of eligible member has been matured on the basis of age wise seniority and they been issued consent letter of allotment of plot of Sector F-14/F-15.
Arshad Chohan Director Estate informed the committee that FGEHF was conducted the operation against the commercial use of residential property in G-13, G-14/4 as per the direction of Standing Committee.
He said most of the business are closed including property offices, beauty parlors, schools, clinics, restaurants which were used for commercial activities in G-13, G-14/4 in residential properties and most of business have been shifted to near commercial area.
Replying to the question of Committee about the illegal construction, Arshad Chohan said that as per the recommendations of masajid committee, the notices were issued to illegal constructed masajids, in this regard Islamabad administration and police have also been repeatedly asked to take actin against the encroaches.
