BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jan, 2019 ) :The police conducted raid at a house in Yazman area and arrested a lady smuggler besides recovering narcotics from her possession.

A spokesman of police said here that acting on a tip-off, a police team headed by Station House Officer, PS Yazman, Akbar Ali raided a house and arrested a lady smuggler.

"The police also recovered 1,250 gram of hashish and 100 gram of heroine from her possession," he said.

He further said that the accused had been shifted to Yazman police station where FIR had been lodged against her.

Further probe was underway.
