LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 02nd Dec, 2017 ) :Tehreek-i-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLYRA) leader Dr Ashraf Asif Jalali has announced to end their sit-in that was continued since November 25, on The Mall.
Talking to the media at the sit-in place late Friday night, Dr Ashraf Jalali said that they were ending up their sit-in after having successful talks with a three-member committee of the Punjab government.
According to Dr Ashraf Jalali, the sit-in was being ended on the basis of following agreement with government representatives: a) Raja Zafarul Haq's report would be brought forth till December 20, 2017.
b) The 27th November's agreement between TLYRA and the Federal government would be implemented to the letter. c) A committee comprising Ulema of all schools of thought would be constituted to decide about the number of load-speakers in mosques.
d) Mutahida Ulema board, Punjab, would review the educational syllabus pertaining to Deeni (Religious) topics/matter. e) Mufti Abid Jalali would be made member of Punjab Ulema Board. f) A committee would also be formulated regarding resignation of Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah.
