Two Illegal Housing Colonies Sealed

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Nov, 2018 ) ::Faisalabad Development Authority's (FDA) enforcement team has sealed two illegal housing colonies in the city.
The team, supervised by Deputy Director Environment and Development Control Arshad Iqbal warraich, sealed the colonies - Saad Garden and Hassan Villas - in Chak 225/R-B and demolished all constructions there.
The FDA served notice repeatedly for fulfilling the legal requirements on owners but in vain, said the department sources.
The challan against owners has been sent to the court of Senior Special Magistrate.
