Rain-thundershower with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Kashmir while hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country in next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Sep, 2018 ) :Rain-thundershower with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Kashmir while hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country in next 24 hours.

Rain-thundershower with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Kashmir. Westerly wave is prevailing over upper parts of the country, official of Met Office told APP here Tuesday.

Weather remained hot and humid in most parts of the country. However, rain-thundershower occurred at isolated places in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Hazara, Peshawar divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Rain recorded at this time remained: Islamabad (Saidpur, 39mm, ZP 38mm, AP 21mm, Golra 18mm, Bokra 02mm), Rawalpindi (Shamsabad 39mm, Chaklala 28mm), Sialkot (Cantt 26mm, AP 02mm), Kamra 18mm, Gujranwala, Mandibahauddin 11mm, Jhelum, Mangla 06mm, Gujrat 04mm, Okara 01mm, Kashmir: Garidupatta 30mm, Kotli 10mm, Muzaffarabad 01mm, Rawalakot 01mm, GB: Astore 07mm, Bunji 02mm, Bagrote 01mm, KP: Risalpur 05mm, Kakul 01mm.

Maximum temperature recorded during last 24 hours remained: Dalbandin 43, Nukkundi 43,C,Dadu, Sibbi 42,C.
