Rain, Light Snowfall Forecast For KP

The Met Office on Tuesday forecast rain-thunderstorm and light snowfall over the hills for Chitral, Upper Dir, Swat, Shangla, Lower Dir, Abbottabad, Battagram and Kohistan districts and Kurram and South Waziristan agencies in FATA during the next 24 to 48 hours.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Feb, 2018 ) :The Met Office on Tuesday forecast rain-thunderstorm and light snowfall over the hills for Chitral, Upper Dir, Swat, Shangla, Lower Dir, Abbottabad, Battagram and Kohistan districts and Kurram and South Waziristan agencies in FATA during the next 24 to 48 hours.

However, mainly cold and partly cloudy weather would prevail in most parts of the region during the next 24 hours. The weather remained dry and cold in most parts of the province during the last 24 hours with minimum temperature recorded as: Kalam -3C, Parachinar -2, Dir 0, Peshawar 8, Chitral 2, DIKhan 13, Bannu 10, Kohat 10, Balakot 6 and Saidu Sharif 5.
