Hyderabad Chamber Of Small Traders And Small Industry Demands Provision Of Loans To Small Traders, Industrialists

The President Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry Muhammad Farooq Sheikhani has demanded provision of loans from Small and Medium Enterprises banks to home based industries to small traders and industrialists with low mark up, easy terms and conditions so that these industries could pool its due share in the economy of the country.
In a statement on Tuesday, the President HCSTSI said small traders and industrialists need quality manufacturing and packing in order to meet the demands of international market and it could be possible only when SME banks would provide loans on low mark up rate with easy terms and condition.
He said the production and manufacturing of home based industry has great potential to compete in the international markets of Europe and African country with earning of maximum foreign exchange for the country.
The traders and industrialists related with home based industry have no latest technology to meet the demands of international market and it can be possible only when SME banks should provide loans to them.
He appealed to the Federal ministries of finance, trade and industries to focus their attention on promotion of home based industry which would not only attract the investors but also earn huge foreign exchange for the country.
He also demanded for opening of maximum branches of SME banks in the cities of Sindh particularly Hyderabad.
