Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Sheds 816 Point To Close At 33,900 Points

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Monday witnessed bearish trend as KSE 100 index plunged by 816.15 points (2.35 percent) to close at 33,900.38 points
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2019 ) :pakistan stock exchange (psx) Monday witnessed bearish trend as KSE 100 index plunged by 816.15 points (2.35 percent) to close at 33,900.38 points.
A total of 121,210,860 shares were traded, whereas the value of shares traded during the day stood at Rs5.301 billion.
Out of 336 companies, share prices of 36 companies recorded increase while 287 companies registered decrease whereas 13 companies remained stable in today's trading.
The three top traded companies were K-Electric Limited with a volume of 9,812,000 and price per share of Rs 3.
98, Maple Leaf with a volume of 7,079,500 and price per share of Rs23.08 and BO Punjab XD with a volume of 6,881,000 and price per share of Rs10.94.
The top advancer was Siemens Pakistan with the increase of Rs9 per share, closing at Rs647 while Pak Hotels XD was runner up with the increase of Rs 5.14 per share, closing at Rs141.14.
The top decliners were Pak Tobacco XD with the decrease of Rs130 per share, closing at Rs2470 and Mari Petroleum with the decrease of Rs49.29 per share closing at Rs936.70.
