University Of Sargodha Bars Five Sub-campuses From Admissions Over Violation Of Rules

The Syndicate of University of Sargodha (UoS) has barred five sub-campuses for conducting admissions in Fall-2018 session over academic irregularities, mismanagement and failure to abide by mandatory standards, set by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Sep, 2018 ) :The Syndicate of University of Sargodha (UoS) has barred five sub-campuses for conducting admissions in Fall-2018 session over academic irregularities, mismanagement and failure to abide by mandatory standards, set by the Higher education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

The decision was taken by the UoS for the campuses established under public private partnership (PPP) policy, on the recommendations of a committee formed under directions of the HEC.

The five campuses including Sub-Campus Lahore, Lyallpur, Women Sub-Campus Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sub-Campus Mandi Bahauddin were established in 2012 in violation of the HEC criteria.
