358 Transformers Upgraded During Fiscal Year: MEPCO

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) upgraded 358 transformers during the fiscal year 2018-19 at a fund of Rs 67.6 million
According to the MEPCO office sources, the company upgraded 24 transformers from 10 KV to 25 KV, 15 from 15 KV to 25 KV, 94 from 25 KV to 50 KV, 108 from 50 KV to 100 KV, 72 from 100 KV to 200 KV and also upgraded two transformers of 25 KVA, six of 50 KVA, 31 of 100 KVA and six of 200 KV during July 2018 to March 2019.
The sources added that 101 transformers had been upgraded in Multan circle, 11 in Dera Ghazi Khan circle, 26 in Bahawalpur circle, 10 in Sahiwal circle, 83 in Rahim Yar Khan circle, 43 in Muzaffargarh Circle, 61 in Bahawalnager circle and 23 transformers have been upgraded in Khanewal circle.
