Two Kidnapped Girls Recovered In Rawalpindi

Police remained successful in recovering two sisters kidnapped from Mohala Hafiz Abad during a raid here on Friday

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th May, 2019 ) :Police remained successful in recovering two sisters kidnapped from Mohala Hafiz Abad during a raid here on Friday.

The case was registered with Gujar Khan Police on the complaint of their father on April 2, 2019.

This was disclosed by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Chaudhry Assar along with Station House Officer (SHO) PS Gujar Khan Jawad Shah.

DSP Chaudhry Assar revealed that the two sisters identified as Nayyab Mehrban and Alishba Mehrban were kidnapped by a couple from Gujar Khan last month.

On a tip off, police carried out raid in Karachi and recovered the abducted girls and arrested a couple involved in this heinous crime.

A case has been registered against the accused while further investigation was in progress, DSP added.

The father of kidnapped girls thanked Gujar Khan police for recovering his daughters safely.

Meanwhile, City Police Officer (CPO) Abbas Ahsan appreciated the police officials for recovering the missing girls.
