Wafaqi Mohtasib's Complaint Management System linked with SSGC, HESCO

Federal Ombudsman Syed Tahir Shahbaz on Tuesday said the Integrated Complaint Management System of the Office of Federal Ombudsman has been linked with the complaint management systems of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) and Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) to redress public complaints

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th Apr, 2019 ) :Federal Ombudsman Syed Tahir Shahbaz on Tuesday said the Integrated Complaint Management System of the Office of Federal Ombudsman has been linked with the complaint management systems of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) and Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) to redress public complaints.

He said this while talking to media men after separate meetings with the officials of SSGC and HESCO in Regional Office-Karachi of Federal Ombudsman Office at Pakistan Secretariat here.

The Federal Ombudsman said the complaint management system of Federal Ombudsman Office was inter-connected with government departments and agencies to facilitate public.

He said the concerned department was bound to redress the complaint within 30 days and if the agency fails to resolve the issue, his office will take up complaint to resolve it free of cost within 60 days.

Among other notables, Senior Advisor (Law) Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar was also present on the occasion.

It may be noted here that the complaint management portals of various government departments and agencies have been connected with that of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat and were regularly monitored to resolve the complaints of public within minimum possible time.
