Vice Chancellor Sindh University Presides Over PSC BOG Meeting

The 30th meeting of the Board of Governors of Pakistan Study Centre, University of Sindh, Jamshoro was held on Tuesday under the Chair of the Vice chancellor University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2019 ) :The 30th meeting of the board of Governors of Pakistan Study Centre, University of Sindh, Jamshoro was held on Tuesday under the Chair of the Vice chancellor University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat.

The meeting held full-scale consideration and thread-bare discussion to the entire agenda pertaining to the academic, administrative, research, publication and financial aspects of the centre and accorded its unanimous approval of many of the issues at hand.

The meeting also lauded the performance of centre Director Dr. Shuja Ahmed Mahesar, registering its special appreciation on publication of research journals and books, holding of academic and research conferences and representation of University of Sindh at Federal level through Higher education Commission via persona of Director of the Centre Dr.

Shuja Ahmed Mahesar.

The meeting was attended by Dean Faculty of Pahrmacy Prof. Dr. Abdullah Dayo, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Zareen Abbasi, Higher Education Commission Islamabad representative and In-charge Regional Director HEC, Karachi Hakim Ali Talpur, Dean Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Peshawar, Prof. Dr. Syed Minhajul Hassan, Director, National Institute of Historical and Cultural Research, Quid-e-Azam University, Islamabad Prof. Dr. Syed Umar Hayat and Member SU Syndicate Jamshed Ali Baloch participated as members while Director Pakistan Study Centre Dr. Shuja Ahmed Mahesar acted as the Secretary of the meeting.
