FESCO Issues Shutdown Program

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Nov, 2023) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has issued shutdown program for Wednesday due to necessary repair, maintenance and expansion of electricity lines.
According to the program issued by the company, power supply from Jail Road feeder linked with 220-KV Jaranwala Road grid station, College Road, Katchery Road, Barala, Ashiq Ali Shaheed, Gugera, new Dana Abad, Theraj Shaheed and new Awagat feeders attached with 132-KV Jaranwala grid station, Jhumra Road/Raza, Lahore Road and Jani Shah feeders connected with 132-KV Chiniot grid station, Amin Pur Road feeder originating from 132-KV Bhowana grid station, Jabana feeder linked with 132-KV Lalian grid station, College Road feeder attached with 132-KV Chenab Nagar grid station, Raja Road feeder connected with 132-KV Tariq Abad grid station, Mughal Pura feeder originating from 132-KV Nishatabad grid station, Bismillah Pur feeder linked with 132-KV Factory Area grid station, Atomic Energy and Gardana feeders attached with 132-KV Jhang Road grid station and Nawaban Wala feeder connected with 132-KV Sammundri Road grid station will remain suspended from 8 a.
m. to 1 p.m. while al-Habib, Ashiq Ali Shaheed, islam Pura, Lahore Road, Canal Road, Aslam Textile Mills, Barala, 240 Mor, new Dana Abad and Lyallpur Chemical (PIDC) feeders originating from 132-KV Jaranwala City grid station will observe shutdown from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 noon on Wednesday (November 29).
Similarly, electricity supply from Canal Road, Ali Pur Bungalow, Islam Pura, al-Habib and Nawab Sher Waseer feeders linked with 132-KV Jaranwala grid station will remain suspended from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. whereas Khannuana feeder attached with 132-KV Bhowana grid station, Faisalabad Road, Badshahi Masjid and Beeranwala feeders connected with 132-KV Chiniot grid station will observe load shedding from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 29.
Meanwhile, power supply from College Road, Faisalabad Road, Katchery Road, Rodala, Jute Mill, Crescent Cotton, Theraj Shaheed, Bucheki Road, Gugera, Buchiana Road, Ali Pur Bungalow, Waseer, Awagat, Arkana and Asim Textile Mills feeders originating from 132-KV Jaranwala City grid station will also remain suspended from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday (November 29, 2023).
